LSBA

The Linc Service Building Analysis (LSBA) is an in-depth technical analysis of a facility’s mechanical systems and components conducted by technical experts. 

The LSBA has been developed as a professional approach to a building prospect who has comfort or mechanical system problems which cannot be solved or addressed with other Linc Service offerings (GPM, CPM, etc.). Using a problem solving method, the Building Analysis is a proven program evaluating all building systems, one by one, with a written report outlining survey results, confirming problems, presenting recommendations, and proposals.

Recommendations will typically include one or more of the following: repair, retrofit, replacement, rebuilding, redesign, and preventive maintenance services.
